Bright Beginnings Child Care kids got to show off their tooth brushing skills on Allie the Alligator during National Children's Dental Health Month.
Before Allie's fierce smile gleamed, Dr. Amirah Jackson of High Peaks Dental read “Brush, Brush, Brush” a Scholastic book.
“It talked about remembering to brush in the morning and remembering to brush at night as as well as the tops, front and back of the teeth,” Jackson said.
“We also talked about them having their parents helping them to floss when they start to have teeth.
“We talked about doing a checkup and cleaning at least twice a year with the dentist.”
